This is my desk buddy. My handy Swingline stapler. He's not red though, but black and unlike a lot of staplers today, he's made of metal. I think he looks kinda happy even though he has staples shoved in his face all day. (shot with the camera on my phone so the quality isn't spectacular)
Wow, Ava, another face. Actually looking at your found faces has me seeing faces in things now too. I noticed the way my knife was laying on my plate last night, juxtaposed with 2 baby potatoes, created a face (of sorts, and only if you were thinking about faces). Thanks for opening my eyes! And I just checked out my Bostitch stapler....yep, same 'face'!
ReplyDeleteI love the retrolook of this stapler. The not so spectacular quality is in fact a perfect match for this subject.
ReplyDeleteI always a thought a 767 was a plane! but it's a stapler! And a contented one at that!
ReplyDeletelooks like it is winking
ReplyDeleteSwingline! The best!
ReplyDeleteThat is one happy stapler!
ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing as Feature - it looks happy. That is a pretty good attitude for one that gets hit on the head many times each day! I must say your faces are making me smile every day. A very charming theme.
ReplyDeleteHey my stapler doesn't look as happy as yours. I checked...lol.
ReplyDeleteA fun find, this one looks sort of sweet and such a good little helper too.
ReplyDeleteI think he looks happy too. Nice to have a happy buddy near you at work all day! Love the off-kilter and off-centre composition. Well done.
ReplyDeleteOf course he's happy, he's a swinger!
